Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience through in-store clienteling, relationship building and proactive outreach to drive repeat business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs, using product knowledge and consultative selling techniques to maximise average transaction value.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately for sales, exchanges and returns; handle cash and card transactions and maintain transaction records.
  • Maintain impeccably presented sales floor and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines; assist with seasonal resets and product launches.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts; report stock discrepancies and support loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, bookings for private appointments, and coordination of client events or trunk shows.
  • Participate in ongoing product, service and selling skills training; share market and client feedback with the store leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Polished professional presentation and a service-first attitude appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience with cash-handling and POS transaction procedures.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
