Role & Responsibilities

- Professional presence and ability to represent a luxury fashion brand with poise and discretion.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable conducting one-to-one client consultations.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a small retail team.
- Basic numeracy and proven ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Right to work in the country of employment and ability to meet any local hiring requirements.
- Willingness to learn brand product knowledge and merchandising standards.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or luxury sales experience, with a demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
