Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through strategic selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain brand presentation and ensure product is merchandised to maximize sell-through.
- Operate POS, process transactions and returns accurately while adhering to cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records; receive, replenish and rotate stock to support availability and product launches.
- Support store leadership by coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, participating in recruitment and onboarding when required.
- Contribute to store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high-performance selling in luxury or premium retail environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment and ability to meet brand grooming and presentation standards.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive retail experience in luxury or premium brands, with demonstrable sales achievement and experience mentoring or training colleagues. Prior experience with clienteling and CRM-based relationship management is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
