Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a mentor to junior sales staff: coach on sales techniques, product knowledge and clienteling best practices.
  • Participate in store operations such as opening/closing, back-of-house organization, and special events or VIP appointments.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, with consistent achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and polished clienteling ability; adept at developing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate craftsmanship, materials and brand heritage.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays; willingness to travel for trunk shows or events when required.
  • Professional presentation, reliability and demonstrable attention to detail in retail operations.
