Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and service standards.
  • Proactively acquire and deepen customer relationships through clienteling, follow-up, and CRM usage to build long‑term loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upsell strategies.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients accurately.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support visual merchandising and stock presentation to uphold brand standards and seasonal floor sets.
  • Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment and loss prevention protocols.
  • Contribute to store events, client appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high‑calibre customer service in a retail or hospitality environment; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client‑centric demeanour.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Legal right to work in the country of employment and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion or retail is an advantage.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
