Coach Sales Associate I in New York — deliver luxury client experiences and drive retail sales for Coach's New York store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and customer service standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal assortments to advise and inspire clients.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and inventory standards to the brand’s guidelines.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Build and maintain client records and follow up through the brand’s CRM or clienteling practices.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to execute promotions, events and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation with a polished, client-facing manner.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work standing shifts; physical ability to handle store tasks.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in the local language of the market.
  • Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; proven track record of meeting sales targets is an asset.
  • Legal right to work in the job location.

Experience
