Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value and walk-in clients, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping to reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and manage returns and exchanges in line with company policy.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and promotional activities to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Attend regular product and brand training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections, materials and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, leather goods or accessories.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch client service and to build repeat business through relationship management.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished professional presence appropriate to a luxury boutique.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Reliable numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and transaction accuracy.

Experience
