Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business and loyalty program enrolments.

- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.

- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and timely communication of inventory variances.
- Utilise CRM tools to record client interactions, manage appointments and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues when required and contribute to a collaborative, service-focused store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury or premium retail sales experience, preferably with direct clienteling and CRM usage.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high‑touch customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client segments.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the job location.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail sales; demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
