Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.

  • Maintain brand presentation standards including visual merchandising, inventory replenishment and store housekeeping.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, manage returns/exchanges and maintain cash handling integrity.
  • Support stockroom operations, including receiving, tagging and cycle counts, while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Communicate product knowledge and brand storytelling to clients, and escalate client feedback to store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, ideally 1–3 years in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consultative service and build client relationships.
  • Strong communication, numeracy and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
