Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales, exchanges and returns with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and window displays.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and stockroom organization; support receiving and cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, cash-handling protocols and store security policies.
- Support store events, promotions and local marketing initiatives; represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated aptitude for client-facing retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results in a KPI-driven environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior experience with luxury or premium brands is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
