Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients accurately and confidently.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation to uphold brand image, including replenishment and stockroom organization.
  • Contribute to store operations including inventory counts, receiving deliveries and assisting with store events and client appointments.
  • Collaborate with store management and colleagues to share market feedback, client preferences and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience; experience with luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a performance-driven retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment and ability to perform duties on the shop floor.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or hospitality is a plus but not required.
