Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service through proactive engagement, clienteling and follow-up to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, driving add-on sales and executing targeted selling strategies.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across collections and communicate features, craftsmanship and brand heritage to clients.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and support returns/exchanges according to store policy.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards, ensure floor presentation and replenishment of stock, and assist with receiving and inventory management tasks.
  • Contribute to a safe, organized store environment by adhering to loss-prevention procedures, opening/closing tasks and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the store team on events, promotions and client outreach initiatives to maximize store performance.

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Reliable, flexible with availability for evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Numerate with strong attention to detail for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and to move merchandise (lifting up to standard retail limits).

Experience
