Qualifications

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a demonstrable clienteling ability.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Flexible availability to cover retail hours, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail-related certification or tertiary education is a plus.
