Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, product storytelling and service follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets; drive conversion and average transaction value through consultative selling and suggestive techniques.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and assist with returns/exchanges according to policy.
  • Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Build and maintain customer records within CRM, execute outreach campaigns and manage appointments for VIP clients.
  • Collaborate with the store team on floor operations, opening/closing duties and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with demonstrable clienteling or relationship‑building skills.
  • Professional presentation, polished interpersonal communication and strong customer service orientation.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
