Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, product storytelling and service follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets; drive conversion and average transaction value through consultative selling and suggestive techniques.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and assist with returns/exchanges according to policy.
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Build and maintain customer records within CRM, execute outreach campaigns and manage appointments for VIP clients.
- Collaborate with the store team on floor operations, opening/closing duties and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with demonstrable clienteling or relationship‑building skills.
- Professional presentation, polished interpersonal communication and strong customer service orientation.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium accessories environment, with a documented history of meeting sales objectives and delivering high levels of client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Coursework or degree in fashion, merchandising, business or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
