Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning; build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, upselling, and driving repeat business.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, manage cash and card transactions, and maintain knowledge of promotions, product launches and inventory status.
  • Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, store presentation, stock replenishment and backroom organisation.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention measures and adhere to store policies, operational procedures and brand compliance.
  • Support store events, private client appointments and CRM activities; capture client data and follow up to cultivate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury, premium or high-end retail sales with demonstrable sales results.
  • Strong clienteling skills with a proven ability to build rapport and convert relationships into sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional manner appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
