Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining high conversion and average transaction value.
  • Provide expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories; advise clients on styling and care.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards through merchandising resets, window displays and daily floor presentation.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and adhere to cash-handling procedures.
  • Support inventory management including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and promotional activities to drive footfall and brand engagement.
  • Comply with loss-prevention, safety and brand policies to protect clients, colleagues and merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; 1+ year in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • High level of personal presentation appropriate for a luxury brand environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and safely lifting merchandise.

Experience

Typically 1+ years of retail experience, with prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience preferred. Entry-level candidates demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and clienteling aptitude will be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
