Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients to drive sales and build long-term relationships through active clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, replenishment and stock accuracy; assist with loss-prevention protocols.

Experience
