Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients to drive sales and build long-term relationships through active clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, replenishment and stock accuracy; assist with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and communicate features, craftsmanship and brand story to clients.
  • Participate in in-store events, training sessions and daily operational duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for delivering high-quality customer service in a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and maintain accurate transactional processes.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the hiring country and able to meet physical demands of the role (standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise).

Experience

Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred. Prior exposure to clienteling, quota-driven environments or branded retail operations is advantageous.
