Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product recommendations and proactive outreach.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges while maintaining correct cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including replenishment, folding and display maintenance.
- Support inventory control activities including stock receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention best practices.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by communicating client feedback, competitor activity and product performance to management.
- Participate in training and product education to maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections, materials and brand positioning.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, adhering to Coach’s client service protocols and corporate policies.

- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic numeracy and accurate cash-handling skills.

Experience
Entry-level position; 0–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred. Prior exposure to branded retail, leather goods or fashion accessories is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or studies in retail, fashion or hospitality is desirable but not required.
