Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by presenting product assortments persuasively and advising clients on styling and product care.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with returns, exchanges and after‑sales service.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, replenishment and cycle counts, while adhering to loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings, prepare merchandise for client viewings and liaise with the store team to optimise the client experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
  • Previous retail experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrable client‑service mindset.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience
