Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and drives conversion and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and relationship development.
  • Manage daily point‑of‑sale operations including transactions, returns, and accurate cash handling according to company policies.
  • Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, store presentation and product placement to optimize the shopping experience.
  • Support inventory management activities: receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems and follow up on leads to cultivate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and leadership on promotions, events and operational initiatives to meet store objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Flexible availability to work retail shifts including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Professional presentation and a thorough knowledge of product assortments and brand heritage.

Experience
