Coach Sales Associate
Coach in New York seeks a Sales Associate III to drive luxury boutique sales, clienteling and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and expert clienteling.
- Deliver personalised, high-touch service to cultivate long-term relationships with luxury clients and VIPs.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including window displays and floor sets.
- Handle all point-of-sale procedures, payments and returns accurately while adhering to loss-prevention protocols.
- Manage inventory activities: receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink control in collaboration with store leadership.
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Participate in product launches, trunk shows and in-store events to drive traffic and brand loyalty.
- Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues when required, modelling client service and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience with demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
- Exceptional clienteling and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with discerning customers.
- Strong visual merchandising sensibility and attention to detail to uphold brand standards.
- Reliable, flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks typical of boutique retail: standing for extended periods, handling inventory and merchandising.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 2–4 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail; demonstrated track record of meeting sales objectives and cultivating repeat clientele. Experience mentoring colleagues or acting as a senior associate is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is desirable but not required.
