Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-touch, client-focused sales experience that builds lasting relationships and drives repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients effectively.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the selling floor reflects the brand’s aesthetic and presentation guidelines.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, manage transactions, returns and store promotions.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Provide exemplary after-sales service, including follow-up communications and handling client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude; 1+ years of customer-facing experience preferred, luxury retail experience highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-centric manner.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
  • Demonstrated numeracy and cash-handling competence; reliable attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with retail operations.
