Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to key retail KPIs through consultative selling and upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation to brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and receipt reconciliation.
- Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team on events, private appointments and localised marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail or luxury sales experience, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or luxury brand sales experience is required, with prior exposure to clienteling and consistently achieving individual sales targets preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-related certification is advantageous.
