Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exemplary luxury client experience through personalised clienteling, product expertise and attentive after-sales service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall store KPIs and visual merchandising standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain floor standards including merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM tools and follow-up processes to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Support store leadership by training and mentoring less-experienced colleagues and participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail, demonstrating consistent sales performance and relationship building.
  • Professional grooming and strong communication skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; flexible and reliable attendance.
  • Comfort with cash handling, POS systems and basic inventory procedures.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
