Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to advise clients on styling and care.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation and seasonal floor sets.
- Process transactions accurately via the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card payments, and reconcile sales.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, launches and VIP appointments; support CRM usage to record client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or leather goods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for cash handling and stock control.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Minimum two years of progressive retail sales experience, ideally with demonstrated performance in meeting sales targets and delivering high-value client experiences in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or sales are advantageous.
