Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and fosters long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up, and conversion of walk-in traffic.
  • Maintain expert product and brand knowledge across leather goods, accessories, and seasonal collections to advise clients and close sales.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and floor moves to uphold the store’s aesthetic and commercial priorities.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, gift services, and maintain client records in CRM.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and loss-prevention procedures to protect store assets.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment by mentoring less experienced colleagues and assisting with daily opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories, or leather goods.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exemplary client service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse, high-value clientele.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail operations.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
