Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and achieve established individual and store sales targets through active selling and clienteling.
- Build and maintain a high-value client book; proactively follow up on leads and coordinate appointments and private shopping experiences.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation of product and store environment aligns with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) and CRM systems to process transactions, manage client records and track sales activity.
- Manage inventory, including accepting deliveries, conducting stock counts and maintaining back-of-house organization.
- Support store operations such as cash handling, daily reconciliations, loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in store events, seasonal launches and team meetings to drive footfall and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a retail environment; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service orientation and high emotional intelligence.
- Reliable numeracy and experience with cash handling and basic reconciliations.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and execute clienteling strategies.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent the brand aesthetic and values.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail is strongly preferred and experience meeting individual sales KPIs is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
