Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service through personalised consultations, clienteling and proactive relationship building to retain and grow a high-value client base.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through strategic selling, upselling and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and loss-prevention protocols.
- Execute merchandising directives and maintain visual standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal floor sets.
- Schedule and conduct client appointments and product previews, coordinating with store management on follow-up and after-sales service.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, incoming deliveries, cycle counts and shrinkage mitigation.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting onboarding, training peers on product knowledge and participating in store initiatives.
- Provide timely reporting on client feedback, marketplace intelligence and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of consultative selling within premium or luxury retail environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour consistent with Coach brand standards.
- Reliable numeracy and experience handling point-of-sale systems and cash reconciliation procedures.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment; ability to travel locally as required for store initiatives or trainings.

Typically requires 2+ years of hands-on sales experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable results against sales targets and experience managing high-value client interactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, business or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
