Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or luxury context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on listening and consultative selling.
- Reliable numeracy and experience with cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Ability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Professional appearance and understanding of luxury brand standards.
