Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, individualized customer service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and floor sets reflect brand guidelines, and participate in store floor moves.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash/cards, and maintain daily sales and reconciliation procedures.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and loss prevention practices.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment by communicating product knowledge, sharing market feedback, and supporting team objectives.

  • Proven ability to deliver luxury customer service with a client‑first mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional presence and presentation.
  • Authorization to work in the hiring country and willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy for cash handling and sales reconciliation.
  • Ability to learn brand product ranges and apply product knowledge to sales conversations.

Experience
