Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business demands
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a professional, composed demeanor in challenging situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS, walkie-talkie operation), and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury fashion or premium retail environment. Experience with POS systems, mobile selling platforms, and clienteling tools is highly valued. Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor offerings is advantageous.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; however, a combination of relevant retail experience and continuous professional development is valued.

Compensation
