Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalised, elevated client experiences in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product knowledge and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Execute omnichannel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert traffic.
  • Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies and complete inventory cycle tasks.
  • Work collaboratively to foster a trust‑based team environment; participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities.
  • Adapt behaviour based on feedback, sustain composure in high‑traffic periods and manage multiple customers simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with POS operation and mobile retail devices (iPad/laptop; Mobile POS).
  • Experience with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling (live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; experience in luxury retail, omnichannel selling, clienteling and social commerce is preferred.
