Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Natick, MA — deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive sales and loyalty.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into purchases.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans and proactively sourcing and following up with clients.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behavior professionally.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Operational proficiency with POS systems, mobile devices (iPad/laptop), and basic retail communications (walkie‑talkie); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver in the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand‑led retail experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and build client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
