Coach Sales Support Associate position in Nashville, Tennessee. Full-time retail role managing POS, inventory, and customer service in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and brand visibility in the local market
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and inventory transfers; identify and report discrepancies
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates and displays
- Support all sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout sales floor and stockroom; adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift merchandise up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. regularly; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and POS technology
- Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to read and understand price sheets and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the store

1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered
