Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate in Nashville, TN (Green Hills). Join Coach to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Drive revenue through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture client data and close sales.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining showroom standards.
- Manage transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Maintain an organised, well‑presented sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust‑based environment and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel clienteling and social commerce are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
