Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert engagements into sales.
  • Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor: multitask across customer interactions, adapt selling techniques to business needs and support colleagues across functional areas.
  • Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, stock shelves and assist with product movement while following POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven capability operating POS systems and mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends and public holidays).
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.

Experience
