Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Style & Service guidelines and brand standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations
  • Leverage mobile POS systems, customer management tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; achieve or exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and cultivate new clients, maintain client relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques according to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks—point-of-sale transactions, inventory handling, restocking, visual merchandising—while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate inventory levels in sales areas and stockrooms; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, merchandise products, and manage product flow
  • Assist team members with functional responsibilities as needed
  • Foster a collaborative and trusting environment; encourage strong team performance
  • Participate in brand activations, training programs, and inclusive company initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations including iPad, laptops, and mobile POS
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments
  • Experience with retail walkie-talkie communication systems and ability to read price/release schedules
  • Luxury retail background, social media fluency, and experience with live shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Customer management and data collection skills (preferred)
