Coach in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, drive sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert prospects.
- Perform daily store operations: transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain merchandising standards and a well‑organized sales floor and stockroom; participate in inventory cycles and shipment receiving.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative store culture and participate in brand initiatives and training.
- Comply with POS, asset‑protection and retail policies while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor on the sales floor.
- Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), and adapt to changing business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Experience using walkie‑talkies and the ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy with experience or comfort in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and social selling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. Combination of education and relevant sales experience accepted.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
