Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert omni‑channel opportunities.
  • Execute daily store operations including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain floor and stockroom presentation and compliance with POS, asset protection and retail policies; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behavior to sustain a calm, professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency using POS systems and mobile technology (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS) and familiarity with reading price/release sheets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
