Coach (Tapestry) in Murray, Utah seeks a part-time Sales Associate at Fashion Place to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing cross-selling, upselling and personalized merchandising strategies.
  • Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools, execute social selling (including short-form video) and capture customer data to support omni-channel sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
  • Maintain retail standards for floor and stockroom presentation, asset protection, and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas, participating in brand training and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and to develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with mobile POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Social-media savvy with experience or aptitude for live-stream shopping, short-form video and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing and stockroom maneuvering.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
