Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate in Murray, Utah to deliver elevated client experiences and drive store sales at Fashion Place.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and targeted follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and the execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Source new customers, manage pipelines, and complete timely follow-ups to close sales and recover opportunities.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions accurately (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles—receiving shipments, stocking and managing product flow.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and fully stocked; lift and move merchandise as required.
- Participate in training, brand initiatives and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred. Candidates with a blend of retail education and hands-on selling experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer service coursework or certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
