Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build lasting relationships through personalized styling, detailed product knowledge and tailored recommendations to drive client loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and proactive prospecting; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities across channels.
- Manage floor activity with high energy—service multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to business needs and maintain professional demeanor.
- Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfillment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain store standards for presentation, cleanliness, stock organization and asset protection policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.
- Welcome and act on feedback, model Coach competencies, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); comfortable with Mobile POS and walkie-talkie use.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year in retail sales; luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and familiarity with omni-channel retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
