Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining luxury retail service excellence
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and sophisticated fashion recommendations
- Drive sales through targeted cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations based on client preferences
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers and maintain relationships through strategic follow-up and sales closure techniques
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple concurrent customers and adapting techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles including shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Provide operational support to teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and actively encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and company-wide inclusion and diversity activities
- Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors responsively, and maintain a composed, professional demeanor in all customer and team interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive positioning
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy—including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS operation
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets, release documentation, and promotional materials
- Strong English language proficiency
- Social media savvy and demonstrated experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or digital engagement platforms
- Proficiency in clienteling techniques and customer data acquisition practices
