Coach in Mount Royal, Quebec seeks a part-time Sales Associate (temporary) to deliver elevated luxury retail service and build lasting client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute sales strategies including cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store POS to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
  • Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and stimulate re-engagement.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain an organized, stocked sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and participate in merchandising initiatives.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating store traffic; support teammates across functional areas and participate in brand training and inclusion activities.
  • Maintain a calm, professional demeanor, welcome feedback and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie-talkie use.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in a sales-floor/stockroom environment.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion sales experience is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

This position is based in Mount Royal, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
