Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Montréal, QC. Deliver personalized luxury retail service, drive sales through omni-channel strategies, and support store operations. $17.60–$22.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while following retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain professional demeanor, welcome feedback, and adapt behaviors as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Compensation
