Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate II in Montebello, CA to deliver personalised luxury service and drive omni‑channel sales at Montebello Town Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences through styling, product knowledge and attentive follow-up to build lasting relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling and executing a personal sales plan to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling/short‑form video — to capture client data and convert engagements into transactions.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as business needs require.
- Sustain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to peak periods and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkies and retail operational documentation.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium retail experience, social‑commerce or live‑stream selling background, and demonstrable clienteling success will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Montebello, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
