Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Monroe, Ohio — deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand by delivering personalized, elevated client service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; track and meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions, and convert engagements into sales.
- Support daily store operations: process purchases/returns/exchanges, complete online order pickups, perform inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and presentable, and follow asset protection and POS policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Work flexibly across peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and safely perform physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service; strong commercial orientation and drive for results.
- Operational competence with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Social media literacy and experience with social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency required.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ years in sales, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrable experience with POS operation, clienteling and meeting sales targets. Social selling or live-stream experience is advantageous.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
