Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Monroe, Ohio: part-time retail role focused on luxury clienteling, omni-channel selling, and visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, tailored recommendations, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, capture client data, and support omnichannel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Utilize clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to acquire data and convert leads.
  • Execute daily store operations: inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap, and stockroom management.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention and asset-protection procedures and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized, and merchandised.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings, and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream product demonstrations preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling and moving product in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
